Acquire provides responses to loan enquiries on the same day of receiving the inquiry. Most loan offers are issued within 2-3 days.
Commissions are generally paid by the borrower at settlement of the loan.
Provide a brief synopsis of the loan to Acquire by way of either phone or email. Response on the same day with a letter of offer within 2 to 3 days. Acquire meet with the borrower and work together towards meeting all conditions. Loan documents are issued in-house via email and once executed settlement can be completed. Average time frame for this process is 5 business days.
No. We are not licenced for consumer lending.
This is a necessary part of the process to correctly identify the borrower and gain a better understanding of their needs.
All loan scenarios are different. We have settled as quickly as 24 hours, however, generally 5 to 10 business days is achievable.
In most cases, an internal appraisal and desktop valuation is performed by Acquire. As part of our valuation process, we inspect every security property.
Yes. Introducers can have as little or as much involvement in the management of the borrower as they choose.
Not formally, however, all applications submitted by introducers should be deemed not unsuitable.
Our product is suitable for loans that have a clear exit strategy and can be repaid within 12 months.
If the security property has sufficient equity, interest can be capitalised to the loan. Prepaid interest and interest paid in arrears are also options.
Yes. Acquire prides itself on its reputation in the short term lending market. References from current or past borrowers along with loan introducers are available.
