Krishna Pabari brings a comprehensive suite of experience to serving Acquire Capital Solutions’ clients, including strategic property investment, development, funding, legal matters, and financial instruments including shares, options, bonds and financing.
As the Investment Manager for the Pabari Family Investment Fund and Director of Acquire Capital Solutions, his understanding of the South East Queensland property market, business cycles and a strategic approach to investment has consistently delivered results for both clients and investors.
His focus is also on ensuring that communities thrive and prosper, understanding that financial growth is rooted in pursing more than just the balance sheet, it is also about looking after people in an ethical, responsible and considered manner.
Krishna holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Law and a Graduate Certificate in Family Business, and is admitted as a Solicitor in Queensland. He is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute, member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jon Pepper

Jon Pepper has been in the finance sector for over 20 years, working across traditional bank lending, branch management, property finance, business finance, secured short-term lending and retail banking. His experience has also included being responsible for credit management, credit control, recovery and general operations management.
Following over a decade in the banking sector, he founded AUSEC Finance, a company focused on raising capital from general investors through debenture issues.
AUSEC Finance then merged with Pabari Capital and Acquire Capital Solutions, bringing Jon’s acumen and integrity to our clients.
He takes pride in thinking outside the square to develop the right solution, ensuring all the due diligence is done to reduce risk for all parties yet still delivering options and results for our clients in a rapid timeframe. Jon holds a Diploma of Mortgage Lending, and while at AUSEC was instrumental in the company obtaining its Australian Financial Services License.
